Responsibilities of the Co-ordinator. 3.1.1.1 The Co-ordinator shall have the following functions: to monitor that the Parties comply with their obligations under the GA and this PCA; to verify whether the Parties identified in the GA complete the necessary formalities for accession to the GA in accordance with the GA; to be the intermediary for efficient and correct communication between the Parties and the JU on the progress of the Project; administration, preparation of minutes and provision of the chairperson of the General Assembly and the Board, and follow-up of their decisions; on request, transmission of any documents and information connected with the Project between the Parties concerned; maintaining details of approvals given in relation to material that is subject to Controlled Licence Terms (Section 4.2.7.3); and reviewing the reports to the JU to verify consistency with the Project tasks before transmitting them to the JU.
