Responsibilities of the Financing Entity. (1) The Financing Entity shall provide investment management of the Fund. In connection therewith, the Financing Entity shall provide investment research and supervision of the LLR Account and conduct a continuous program of investment, evaluation and when appropriate, sale and reinvestment of the LLR Account, in whole or in part. Investment of the LLR Account shall be limited to only liquid investments of the type [listed in Exhibit ] [attached hereto]. The Financing Entity shall coordinate with the Governmental Entity to ensure adequate liquidity for anticipated disbursements by the Governmental Entity on a quarterly basis.
