Responsibility for Patient Care. CLIENT retains sole and exclusive responsibility for management of care of each of its patients and for ensuring that the Services provided by RO HEALTH personnel under this Agreement are furnished in accordance with all applicable safety and health laws, regulations and standards. Client further retains sole and exclusive responsibility for compliance with all relevant safety and health laws and regulations during the period in which RO HEALTH personnel are assigned under CLIENT’s supervision. CLIENT shall ensure that RO HEALTH personnel are assigned duties and operating within their scope of practice.
Responsibility for Patient Care. FACILITY shall retain full responsibility and authority for patient care while using a Candidate.
Responsibility for Patient Care. XXXXX shall be fully responsible for patient care while MAXIM Personnel are performing duties for or on behalf off FACILITY.
Responsibility for Patient Care. CLIENT shall ensure that RO HEALTH personnel are assigned duties and operating within their scope of practice. In no event will CLIENT assign a non-instructional paraprofessional the duties and/or responsibilities of an instructional paraprofessional (in each case as defined by the California Department of Education pursuant to the Elementary and Secondary Education Act or by other relevant state law or statute).
Responsibility for Patient Care. School District retains full authority for patient care while Students attend school. For each student receiving services under this Agreement the District shall provide Aveanna with a copy of the student’s most current Individualized Education Program (IEP) and/or Individualized Healthcare Plan (IHP). Revisions to each student’s IEP/IHP shall thereafter be the responsibility of the District’s IEP team. Aveanna and its employees, at the invitation of the District and at the request of a student’s IEP team, will be available for participation in the development of IDEA evaluation and reevaluation programs/plans. Applicable rates will apply and are listed in Addendum A.
Responsibility for Patient Care. Dominican shall retain full responsibility patient care and management of related services.

County retains full authority and responsibility for professional and medical management of care for each of its patients and for ensuring that services provided by Professionals under this Agreement are furnished in a safe and effective manner and in accordance with applicable standards.
Responsibility for Patient Care. FACILITY retains full authority and responsibility for professional and medical management of care for each of its patients and for ensuring that services provided by MAXIM Personnel under this agreement are furnished in a safe and effective manner and in accordance with applicable standards.
Responsibility for Patient Care. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to create or does create any right or obligation of Institution to control, direct, or intervene in any manner in the methods or means by which TRL delivers medical services to patients or the duration and nature of any such professional relationship.
