3.2 Either Party may change its designated representative under this Article by giving advance written notice to the other.
3.3 Notice from one Party to the other shall not be deemed valid under this MOU unless sent by the designated representative of the sending Party from the corresponding fax, email, or physical address established under this Article to the corresponding fax, email, or physical address of the designated representative of the other.

Southborough shall notify Hopkinton in writing, and keep Hopkinton informed, of the name and title of its official or officials responsible for water supply to Hopkinton and for implementation of the terms of the Agreement. Hopkinton shall notify Southborough in writing, and keep Southborough informed, of the name and title of its official or officials responsible for water in Hopkinton and for implementation of the terms of the Agreement.

RESPONSIBLE OFFICIALS. The Responsible Officials provide executive guidance for the Natural Resource Council (NRC). The Xxxxx Xxxx Council and the Province of British Columbia each appoint an individual to this position. The roles and responsibilities of the Responsible Officials are described in Section 6.1 of the Strategic Engagement Agreement (SEA). The previous year’s Responsible Officials remained for the 2016-2017 implementation year: Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Chairperson Xxxxx Xxxx Council Xxxxx Xxx, Regional Manager Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation While not regular attendees of the NRC, the Responsible Officials were present for two of the NRC meetings this year. Chairperson Xxxxxx Xxxxxx addressed the NRC in June 2016 and XXXX Regional Manager Xxxxx Xxx did likewise in February 2017. At each of these meetings, they spoke to their impressions of the SEA as being a positive agreement that is doing good things for the huge Xxxxx territory and the people and animals living there. Chairperson Xxxxxx, in particular, spoke about the need to protect the natural resources of the Xxxxx territory for the future of their children. Chief Xxxx Xxxxxx of Xxxxx River First Nation and Chief Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx of Lower Post First Nation were invited as special guests to the June 2016 NRC meeting that was held in Xxxxx territory at Lower Post and Hot Lakes. They addressed the NRC, expressing some of the fears about the sustainability of the resources used in Xxxxx territory, particularly in the face of competition from non-Xxxxx.
