Responsible use of Services outside the UK. 17.1 If you use Services from or in a country outside the UK, your use of the Services may be subject to laws and regulations that apply in that other country. We are not liable for your failure to comply with those laws or regulations.

Responsible use of Services outside the UK. If the Customer uses Mobile Services from or in a country outside the UK, use of the Mobile Services may be subject to laws and regulations that apply in that other country. Responsible use of Services outside the UK. 17.1 If you use Services from or in a country outside the UK, your use of the Services may be subject to laws and regulations that apply in that other country. You may end this Agreement in the following ways: (a) You can end the Agreement during the Minimum Term by giving notice at least 30 days before the date you want to end the Agreement. However, you must pay us all the Charges you owe, plus any Cancellation Fee. (b) On 30 days’ notice, outside the Minimum Term. You can end the Agreement if your Agreement does not contain a Minimum Term, or if you want to end the Agreement at the end of your Minimum Term or any time after your Minimum Term has expired, provided you give us notice at least 30 days before the date you want to end the Agreement. 18.2 We may end the Agreement in the following ways: (a) On 30 days’ notice, at any time; (b) Because of your conduct in breach of this Agreement; In the following cases, we may end your Agreement immediately and you have to pay all the Charges you owe up until we Disconnect you: (i) if we have the right to Suspend your Services and we believe that the grounds are serious and have not been, or are unlikely to be, rectified; (ii) if we believe that your use of our Services is jeopardizing the operation of our or any network provider’s network, or is of an unacceptable nature; or (iii) in the event of your bankruptcy, insolvency or death. (c) No network access or Services. We may end your Agreement if we no longer have access to networks which we need to provide Services, or if we are no longer able to provide Services due to factors beyond our control or because we cease business. 18.3 You can only end this Agreement in the ways set out in this clause 18. However, if you are a consumer, any statutory rights which you may have, which cannot be excluded or limited, will not be affected by this clause 18. 18.4 If a request is received to Port a mobile telephone number to another provider, we will provide a porting authorisation code (“PAC”) to you in accordance with current regulatory guidelines.   • Responsible Contractor A responsible Contractor is a Contractor who has demonstrated the attribute of trustworthiness, as well as quality, fitness, capacity and experience to satisfactorily perform the contract. It is the County’s policy to conduct business only with responsible Contractors.

  • Direction to Account Debtors; Contracting Parties; etc Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, if the Collateral Agent so directs any Assignor, such Assignor agrees (x) to cause all payments on account of the Receivables and Contracts to be made directly to one or more Cash Collateral Accounts (as the Collateral Agent shall so direct), (y) that the Collateral Agent may, at its option, directly notify the obligors with respect to any Receivables and/or under any Contracts to make payments with respect thereto as provided in the preceding clause (x), and (z) that the Collateral Agent may enforce collection of any such Receivables and Contracts and may adjust, settle or compromise the amount of payment thereof, in the same manner and to the same extent as such Assignor. The reasonable costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) of collection, whether incurred by an Assignor or the Collateral Agent, shall be borne by the relevant Assignor. The Collateral Agent shall deliver a copy of each notice referred to in the preceding clause (y) to the relevant Assignor, provided, that the failure by the Collateral Agent to so notify such Assignor shall not affect the effectiveness of such notice or the other rights of the Collateral Agent created by this Section 3.3.

  • Voice Information Service Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, (a) Voice Information Service means a service that provides [i] recorded voice announcement information or [ii] a vocal discussion program open to the public, and (b) Voice Information Service Traffic means intraLATA switched voice traffic, delivered to a Voice Information Service. Voice Information Service Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Service Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a ECI Customer is served by resold Verizon dial tone line Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Service Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network unless a feature blocking such Voice Information Service Traffic has been installed. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, ECI shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECI. ECI shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI collects such charges from its Customer. 5.3 ECI shall have the option to route Voice Information Service Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network. In the event ECI exercises such option, ECI will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI will collect from ECI’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECI. ECI shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI collects such charges from its own Customer.

  • Acknowledgement of Services and Responsibility of the Manager The Resident acknowledges that neither the Manager nor the Institution stands in loco parentis with respect to the Resident. The Residence provides living accommodations for independent students who are to be responsible and accountable for their personal needs and their interactions with their fellow residents as opposed to residential care. The Manager is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the residence. The Manager, in consultation with the Institution, may from time to time, in its sole and unfettered discretion, establish and/or amend policies, protocols and guidelines to uphold and ensure compliance with the standards set forth by the Manager, all of which will constitute part of the Residence Community Living Standards or Institution Code of Conduct, as appropriate. The Resident hereby acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for their compliance with / review of such policies, protocols and guidelines (as may be created, amended, revised or restated by the Manager) found at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.

  • Sellers Engagement of Servicer to Perform Servicing Responsibilities Section 2.01. Contract for Servicing; Possession of Servicing Files. The Seller, by execution and delivery of this Agreement, does hereby contract with the Servicer as an independent contractor, subject to the terms of this Agreement, for the servicing of the Mortgage Loans. On or before the Servicing Transfer Date the Seller shall cause the Prior Servicer to deliver to the Servicer the Servicing Files with respect to the Mortgage Loans listed on the Mortgage Loan Schedule. The Servicer shall maintain a Servicing File with respect to each Mortgage Loan in order to service such Mortgage Loans pursuant to this Agreement and each Servicing File delivered to the Servicer shall be held in trust by the Servicer for the benefit of the Trustee; provided, however, that the Servicer shall have no liability for any Servicing Files (or portions thereof) not delivered by the Seller. The Servicer’s possession of any portion of the Mortgage Loan documents shall be at the will of the Trustee for the sole purpose of facilitating servicing of the related Mortgage Loan pursuant to this Agreement, and such retention and possession by the Servicer shall be in a custodial capacity only. The ownership of each Mortgage Note, Mortgage, and the contents of the Servicing File shall be vested in the Trustee and the ownership of all records and documents with respect to the related Mortgage Loan prepared by or which come into the possession of the Servicer shall immediately vest in the Trustee and shall be retained and maintained, in trust, by the Servicer at the will of the Trustee in such custodial capacity only. The portion of each Servicing File retained by the Servicer pursuant to this Agreement shall be appropriately marked to clearly reflect the ownership of the related Mortgage Loan by the Trustee. The Servicer shall release from its custody the contents of any Servicing File retained by it only in accordance with this Agreement.
