REST PERIODS/MEAL PERIODS. a) The Employer will provide two (2) rest periods of fifteen (15) minutes each per full working day, except in exceptional circumstances where operational requirements do not permit. In such cases the Employer and the employee shall determine a mutually agreeable alternative.
