The Parties here to agree that the provisions of the Agreement shall apply to; and shall be made to be binding upon; all present and future subsidiaries of the Corporation. The Corporation hereby agrees to undertake any and all measures, and provide such authorizations, as may be necessary to effectuate this requirement.
