  • Description of Activities The objectives of the activities (Activities) to be financed under this Trust Fund are to contribute to: (a) enhanced capacity for effective policy formulation in the countries of grant recipients of the African Capacity Building Foundation (variously, “ACBF” or “Recipient”); and (b) improvements in the management of ACBF’s operations.
