  • Public Benefits This Agreement provides assurances that the Public Benefits identified below will be achieved and developed in accordance with the Applicable Rules and Project Approvals and with the terms of this Agreement and subject to the City’s Reserved Powers.   • ELHT Benefits The Parties agree that since all active eligible employees have now transitioned to the OSSTF ELHT all references to existing life, health and dental benefits plans in the applicable local collective agreement for active eligible employees shall be removed from that local agreement. Post Participation Date, the following shall apply:

  • Layoff Benefits All rights to which a certificated employee was entitled at the time of his/her layoff including unused accumulated sick leave and credits toward leave eligibility will be restored to the certificated employee upon his/her return to active employment, and the certificated employee will be placed upon the proper step of the salary schedule for the certificated employee's current position according to the certificated employee's experience and education.

  • Public Benefit It is Reaction Retail’s understanding that the commitments it has agreed to herein, and actions to be taken by Reaction Retail under this Settlement Agreement, would confer a significant benefit to the general public, as set forth in Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5 and Cal. Admin. Code tit. 11, § 3201. As such, it is the intent of Reaction Retail that to the extent any other private party initiates an action alleging a violation of Proposition 65 with respect to Reaction Retail’s failure to provide a warning concerning exposure to DEHP prior to use of the Products it has manufactured, distributed, sold, or offered for sale in California, or will manufacture, distribute, sell, or offer for sale in California, such private party action would not confer a significant benefit on the general public as to those Products addressed in this Settlement Agreement, provided that Reaction Retail is in material compliance with this Settlement Agreement.

  • Vacation Benefits During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible for 20 vacation days annually, which shall be accrued and used in accordance with the applicable policies of the Company. During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in such medical, dental and life insurance, retirement and other plans as the Company may have or establish from time to time on terms and conditions applicable to other senior executives of the Company generally. The foregoing, however, shall not be construed to require the Company to establish any such plans or to prevent the modification or termination of such plans once established.
