Retention of Borrower’s Records. The Lender shall have no obligation to maintain any electronic records or any documents, schedules, invoices, agings, or other papers delivered to the Lender by the Borrower or in connection with the Loan Documents for more than 30 days after receipt by the Lender. If there is a special need to retain specific records, the Borrower must inform the Lender of its need to retain those records with particularity, which must be delivered in accordance with the notice provisions of Section 8.3 within 30 days of the Lender taking control of same.

  • Retention of Books and Records Each party to this Agreement shall retain or cause to be retained (and shall cause each of their Affiliates to retain) all Tax Returns and all books, records, schedules, work papers, and other documents relating thereto, until the later of (a) the date seven (7) years from the close of the applicable Tax Period, (b) the expiration of all applicable statutes of limitations (including any waivers or extensions thereof) and (c) the expiration of any retention period required by law (e.g., depreciation or inventory records) or pursuant to any record retention agreement. The parties hereto shall notify each other in writing of any waivers, extensions or expirations of applicable statutes of limitations.

  • Lender’s Records Principal, Basic Interest, Terminal Payments and all other sums owed under any Loan Document shall be evidenced by entries in records maintained by Lender for such purpose.
