Retention of Employees at Non-Union Sites. When an Employer takes over the servicing of an establishment not being serviced by a Union Contractor and the Union can demonstrate that the changeover of contractor was a direct result of the Union organizing efforts, the Employer shall employ employees of the prior contractor at the site within the specifications of the site. The Employer will give consideration to employees not so retained being hired elsewhere in the company.

  • CLASSIFICATION OF EMPLOYEES Section 1. A full-time employee shall be deemed to be any employee regularly scheduled to work forty (40) hours per week. A regular employee is one whose employment is reasonably expected to continue for longer than fifteen (15) months.
