Retirement Compensation and Service Rewards. 9.14.2.1 Teachers who are eligible to retire under the above 3 criteria shall be removed from the salary schedule and shall receive compensation increases for each of the years up to the date of their retirement from the District in the amount allowable without penalty by TRS, not to exceed the current rate of 6%. The retirement benefits provided under this Section of 6% over their prior year's base salary shall remain in effect for the term of this Agreement to the extent permitted by law. Teachers shall also receive all creditable earnings that are exempt from the allowable TRS amount without penalty.

  • Callout Compensation A regular employee who is called back to work outside their regular working hours shall be compensated for a minimum of three hours at overtime rates. They shall be compensated from the time they leave their home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceeding directly to and from work.
