Common use of RETIREMENT/RESIGNATION Clause in Contracts

RETIREMENT/RESIGNATION. If the employee notifies the district of their intention to resign or retire sixty (60) days prior to said resignation or retirement, the employee shall receive Seventy-Five Dollars ($75) for each unused sick leave day, with a maximum of 120 days.

RETIREMENT/RESIGNATION. Upon retirement employees shall have the option to continue life insurance benefits at their cost under the group rate.
