Return Requests. Bank shall return to the depositary bank any Exception Check drawn on an Authorized Account that Customer directs Bank to return.

Return Requests. Except as specified in Section 3(e), Section 5(a)(iv) and this Section 5(a)(v), all sales of Hardware to Customer are made on a one-way basis, and Customer has no right to return Hardware to Ford Pro for any reason. Customer may request to return any Hardware‌ within thirty (30) days after shipment, which request may be approved, denied or otherwise conditioned by Xxxx Pro in its sole discretion. If Ford Pro approves any such return request, the Hardware must be received by Ford Pro at the address provided at the time of such approval in unopened and undamaged original packaging, in resalable condition, within thirty (30) days after such approval. Hardware returns pursuant to this Section 5(a)(v) are subject to a restocking fee, which Ford Pro shall be entitled to deduct from the amount credited to Customer’s account as a result of the return. Customer is solely responsible for return shipping and will not be entitled to freight credit on the original shipment. To request a return of Hardware, including the applicable restocking fee, please contact the Ford Pro Project Lead.

  • Return Rights The President and Vice-President will have the right to return to the same position or in another position in the same job classification and the same geographic area as determined by the Employer, provided such reemployment is not in conflict with other articles in this Agreement.   • Information Requests The parties hereto shall provide any information reasonably requested by the Servicer, the Issuer, the Seller or any of their Affiliates, in order to comply with or obtain more favorable treatment under any current or future law, rule, regulation, accounting rule or principle.

If a copy of a Notice is also given to the party’s counsel or other recipient, the provisions above governing the date on which a notice is deemed to have been received by a party shall mean and refer to the date on which the party, and not its counsel or other recipient to which a copy of the Notice may be sent, is deemed to have received the Notice.
