Return of Hardware. Due to its custom nature, no System may be returned to Swisslog. Consumable and normal wear and tear parts, as defined by Swisslog, may be returned for full credit if a return goods authorization form is obtained and returned to Swisslog within thirty (30) days of Customer’s initial receipt of such items. Customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Return of Hardware. Upon expiration or termination of the Rental, all rented Hardware must be returned in the same condition as it arrived at Customer’s premises, except for normal wear and tear, but always in working condition. Except for normal wear and tear, Customer agrees to pay for any damage to or loss of the Hardware, regardless of cause. Hardware returned from Customer that is inoperative, damaged or with missing components will be repaired to original working order by SISW at Customer’s expense. Any Hardware which (i) is returned damaged or inoperative and cannot be repaired or (ii) cannot be returned to SISW for whatever reason, will be invoiced to Customer at its then-current commercial list price.

Return of Hardware. 8.1 On termination of the Finance Agreement, the Licensee shall return the Hardware to the Finance Provider (or to GBG where directed to do so by the Finance Provider) in accordance with the terms of the Licensee’s Finance Agreement and the Agreement shall likewise come to an end. 8.2 Should the Licensee wish to access the Software, Hardware or Service Agreement following termination of the Finance Agreement, the Licensee shall be required to enter into a new agreement with GBG for such use.

Return of Hardware. If Customer fails to pay any Charges for Goods by the relevant due date for payment, Keyloop shall be entitled to enter the Location or any other premises of Customer at which such Goods are then situated to repossess them, and render a Charge to Customer for the costs incurred by Keyloop in so doing.
Return of Hardware. Upon expiration or termination of the Term for any Agreement including Leased Hardware, Customer shall be solely responsible, at its own expense, for the de-installation, packing, rigging and delivery of the Leased Hardware, in an unencumbered state, back to Zonar, at a location specified by Zonar (if no such location is specified, then Zonar’s headquarters location as of the date of termination, as identified on Zonar’s public facing website, xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, which currently is 00000 Xxxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxx, XX 98188). Should Customer not return the Leased Hardware at the end of the Term, the Term shall be extended for successive three (3) month periods, and Customer shall continue to pay Service Fees with respect to such Leased Hardware, subject to the right of either Party during each such extension to terminate the extended Lease Term upon thirty (30) days’ written notice. Upon such a termination, Customer shall promptly deliver the Leased Hardware to Zonar or its agents. If Customer fails to return the Leased Hardware upon Zonar’s demand, Customer shall pay Zonar, as the reasonable measure of Zonar's damages and not as a penalty, the then current list price for functionally equivalent Zonar Hardware. Any Leased Hardware that is returned in inoperable condition, or which exhibits more than ordinary wear and tear, will be subject to the Stipulated Loss Value defined below.
