Common use of Return to Five-Day/Forty-Hour Schedule Clause in Contracts

Return to Five-Day/Forty-Hour Schedule. (a) The individual supervisor shall have the right to return to the normal five-day/forty-hour work schedule at the beginning of a pay period solely upon giving five (5) workdays' written notice to the Assessor. (b) The Assessor shall have the right to return any individual supervisor, or any work section to the normal eight-hour day and five-day schedule solely upon giving five (5) workdays' written notice to the supervisor so affected. (c) The County shall have the right to return to the normal eight- hour day, five-day per week schedule solely upon giving thirty (30) calendar days' notice to the Union.
