DOCTORS' TIME a. Doctors are expected to work whatever time reasonably is required to perform the duties of their positions. They shall not accrue compensating time off (CTO) or earn overtime pay when their duties require them to work in excess of their assigned work schedules. Doctors are authorized, subject to approval of their immediate supervisors, to take reasonable time off for personal use during normal working hours without loss of compensation. The purpose of this paragraph is to provide physicians with time off to compensate for extra time worked; the language is not intended to imply an entitlement to additional time off.

  • Doctor's Notes Request for sick leave with pay in excess of three (3) working days must be supported by a statement from an accredited physician. Management may require such a supporting statement for absences of three (3) days or less.

  • Lunch Time The “duty free” lunch time for assistants will be the same length as the building lunch time for students provided that the lunch is no less than thirty (30) minutes in length.
