RETURN TO PREVIOUS POSITION. Any EMPLOYEE promoted to a new position as de- fined in Section 8.01 above may be returned to his/her previous position if a vacancy exists if his/her level of performance is unsatisfactory at any time during the probationary period of six (6) months in the new position.
