Return To Work On Expiration. An employee will be considered resigned on failure to return to work on expiration of a leave of absence, unless certified proof of illness or bona fide reason is established before the expiration of the leave of absence.

  • Term; Exercise Upon Expiration This warrant is exercisable in whole or in part, at any time and from time to time on or before the Expiration Date set forth above; provided, however, that if the Company completes its initial public offering within the three-year period immediately prior to the Expiration Date, the Expiration Date shall automatically be extended until the third anniversary of the effective date of the Company’s initial public offering. If this warrant has not been exercised prior to the Expiration Date, this warrant shall be deemed to have been automatically exercised on the Expiration Date by “cashless” conversion pursuant to Section 1.2.

  • Contract Expiration The contract shall expire 120 days after the final services have been rendered.

  • Termination/Expiration Upon termination or expiration of this Lease, Tenant shall, at Tenant's cost, remove any equipment, improvements or storage facilities utilized in connection with any Hazardous Materials and shall clean up, detoxify, repair and otherwise restore the Premises to a condition free of Hazardous Materials, to the extent such condition is caused by Tenant or any assignee or subtenant of Tenant or their respective agents, contractors, employees, licensees or invitees.

  • Termination Expiration Suspension Remedies (a) TERMINATION FOR NONAPPROPRIATION OR REDUCTION OF FUNDS OR CHANGES IN LAW. If a written notice is delivered under this provision, Purchaser will reimburse Contractor for Goods properly ordered and/or Services properly performed until the effective date of said notice. Except as stated in this provision, in the event of termination for nonappropriation or reduction of funds or changes in law, Purchaser will have no obligation or liability to Contractor for payment of terminated Purchase Orders.

  • Delivery upon Termination or Expiration No later than the first calendar day after the termination or expiration of the Grant Agreement or upon System Agency’s request, Grantee shall deliver to System Agency all completed, or partially completed, Work Product, including any Incorporated Pre-existing Works, and any and all versions thereof. Grantee’s failure to timely deliver such Work Product is a material breach of the Grant Agreement. Grantee will not retain any copies of the Work Product or any documentation or other products or results of Grantee’s activities under the Grant Agreement without the prior written consent of System Agency.

  • Data Transfer Upon Termination or Expiration Provider will notify the Division of impending cessation of its business and any contingency plans. Provider shall implement its exit plan and take all necessary actions to ensure a smooth transition of service with minimal disruption to the Division.
