Return Transportation Provided Sample Clauses
The 'Return Transportation Provided' clause establishes the obligation for one party, typically an employer or service provider, to arrange and pay for transportation for another party, such as an employee or contractor, to return to their original location at the end of an assignment or contract. In practice, this may cover airfare, ground transportation, or other travel expenses necessary for the individual to return home after completing their duties. This clause ensures that individuals are not left responsible for their own return travel costs, thereby providing financial protection and logistical clarity in situations where work or services are performed away from home.
