Returning the Chromebook. The Chromebook is the property of the District, and unless instructed otherwise, the Chromebook (and any related accessories) must be returned to the District by the last day of the current school year. If your child withdraws from the District, you must return the Chromebook prior to your child’s last day of attendance. The device and accessories must be returned in operable condition, with all parts intact. If your child fails to return the Chromebook and any related accessories as directed, the District may, in addition to seeking reimbursement from you, file a theft report with the appropriate law enforcement agency.

Returning the Chromebook. Chromebooks, with accessories, will be returned to the Xxxxxxx Public Schools during the final week of school. If a student transfers out of the Xxxxxxx School District during the school year, the Chromebook will be returned at that time. Students who withdraw, are suspended or expelled, or terminate enrollment at Xxxxxxx Public Schools for any other reason must return their individual school Chromebook with accessories on the date of termination.

I understand that Growing Kids Learning Center will not associate the photographs or video or audio recordings with my child’s full name unless I first give written consent. Authorized Pick Up - Growing Kids Learning Center will only release my child to me or to a person that I name, using the check in and check out process provided by the center. Both I and any person whom I have named are responsible to inform a member of the Growing Kids Learning Center staff of my child’s arrival and departure. I will not share access codes, computer passwords, or other security measures with anyone unless I have written authorization from Growing Kids Learning Center in advance.

  • Right to Refuse to Cross Picket Lines All employees covered by this Agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a picket line arising out of a dispute as defined in the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia. Any employee failing to report for duty shall be considered to be absent without pay. Failure to cross a picket line encountered in carrying out the Employer's business shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.
