Responsibilities of Students and Parents. Guardians as per DOT School Transport Manual 1.1 Parents must ensure that children are aware of the procedures followed in using these facilities and the strict discipline policy in place. Parents must ensure that all students are educated accordingly. 1.2 Students seeking transportation need to fill out the transportation form available on the website/school security office and submit it to Transportation Services xxxxxxxxx.xxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx 1.3 Please note, admission to INPSAA does not guarantee a seat on the school bus. Transportation services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and seats are subject to availability. Fees must be paid in advance. 1.4 Students must be at the bus stop 5 minutes before the bus arrives, and wait in a safe, traffic free area 12 feet from the bus stop, the student’s bag must be placed outside the door of the house if the student is not outside the house. 1.5 Students should not engage in play or other activities that may put themselves or their classmates at risk while waiting for the bus. 1.6 If the student or bag is not present the bus will not wait and if the bag is present the waiting period is only one minute. 1.7 The driver or bus supervisor is not allowed to use a mobile phone during the trip, according to the regulations of the Integrated Transport Center.

Consultant, as an independent contractor to Client, shall perform the Scope of Work (Exhibit A) in accordance with, and subject to, the other provisions of this Agreement. b. The Scope of Work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations including, but not limited to, the requirements of the Storage Tank and Spill Prevention Act (Act 32 of 1989, as amended) and Pa. Code, Title 25, Chapter 245, established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act (Act 2 of 1995) and Pa. Code, Chapter 250 (Administration of Land Recycling Program). c. Consultant shall perform the Scope of Work for an amount not to exceed the Base Contract Price (“BCP”) of $[insert BCP] plus any Cost Adders, Optional Milestones and/or Unit Costs, subject to all other provisions of this Agreement. d. Consultant shall participate in periodic site meetings with the Client and PAUSTIF for site status updates. Consultant will be provided no less than ten (10) days written notice of the date, time, and location of the meeting by the Client/PAUSTIF through their third party administrator.
