Returning to the Employment of Independent School District 623. A teacher signing a contract with District 623, after resignation or retirement, shall retain their placement on the salary schedule and the unused sick/emergency leave accumulated from previous years if the signing occurs within three consecutive basic contract years after resignation or retirement.
