Revenue Share and Payment Terms. In exchange for you licensing us your Content, we will set up a "Revenue Pool" and pay you a "Revenue Share" (i.e., a Pay As It Plays) based on the streams of your Content from our Customers. The terms governing how the Revenue Pool is created and how your Revenue Share from that pool is calculated and paid out is described in Schedule 2, which is attached to this Agreement.
