Common use of Reversion Review Clause in Contracts

Reversion Review. The reversion of employees who are unsuccessful during their trial service period is not subject to the grievance procedure in Article 9. However, any trial service employee notified of an involuntary reversion may request and will receive a review of the reversion by the Secretary or designee. The review request must be submitted to the DOC Headquarters Labor Relations Office within fourteen (14) calendar days from the effective date of the written reversion notice. This request, however, will not act as a suspension of the designated reversion date.
