Review Chairperson. On the adoption of these procedures and from time to time thereafter, the President of the University and the President of the Association shall agree on the appointment of a person who is not a member of the faculty or Board of the University or employed in the administration of the University to act as Review Chairperson. Such an appointment shall be for a term not exceeding five (5) years, and may be renewed from time to time. All reasonable efforts should be taken to ensure that the position does not remain vacant for any significant period of time after the expiration of a term appointment and before renewal of it or appointment of a successor. The duties of the Review Chairperson shall be as described in the following paragraphs.

  • Chairperson The Chairperson will supervise and control the affairs of the Committee and shall exercise such supervisory powers as may be given him/her by the Members of the Committee. The Chairperson will perform all duties incident to such office and such other duties as may be provided in these bylaws or as may be prescribed from time to time by the Committee. The department Chairperson is the normal channel of communications between the department and other departments, division/areas or like groupings, offices and the administration.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Program Director The primary contact for managing Match activities for a designated program.
