REVIEW OF ACCOUNTING PROCEDURE. By mutual agreement between the Ministry and the Contractor, this Accounting Procedure may be revised periodically by a document in writing executed by the Parties.
REVIEW OF ACCOUNTING PROCEDURE. By mutual agreement, the Ministry and the Contractor may periodically review this Accounting Procedure at the request of one of the Parties.
REVIEW OF ACCOUNTING PROCEDURE. 4.1. The Parties agree that, if a procedure established here is unfair or inequitable for any of the Parties in question, they must meet and seek to agree on the necessary changes to correct the injustice or lack of equity.
REVIEW OF ACCOUNTING PROCEDURE. It is the intent of the Manager and the Participants that the Manager shall not lose or profit by reason of its duties and responsibilities as Manager. The Accounting Procedure attached as Exhibit B shall be reviewed by the Management Committee upon the request of the Manager or any Participant to assure that the Manager (directly or through its Affiliates) does not make a profit or suffer a loss from serving as Manager. The Management Committee shall, in good faith, endeavor to agree on modifications to the Accounting Procedure that will remedy any alleged unfairness or inequity.
