Review of Assigned Duties. When an employee alleges that regularly assigned duties constituting a significant portion of the employee's work time are duties not included in the employee's position description or the class specification to which the position is assigned, the employee may request a review. If the review results in a reclassification, any pay adjustment shall be effective on the date of that decision.
