Formal Evaluations The employer shall undertake formal evaluations of an employee’s performance of the various duties and responsibilities of a position only if one or more of the following conditions is present: • employee request • mutual agreement of hiring unit and employee • recommendation arising from informal evaluation • decision of Chair, Xxxx, Director or designate resulting from the processing of a complaint in accordance with Article 8.
Technical Standards Applicable to a Wind Generating Plant i. Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) Capability A wind generating plant shall be able to remain online during voltage disturbances up to the time periods and associated voltage levels set forth in the standard below. The LVRT standard provides for a transition period standard and a post-transition period standard.

Promotional Examinations All promotional examinations shall be competitive and shall be conducted in the same manner as open examinations except that admission to a promotional examination shall be restricted to persons in the employ of the County who have served at least six months following regular appointment to the classified service and who meet the published requirements for the examination. Following the period during which competitors may inspect their examination papers, and after their ratings in each part of the examination have been transferred to examination records, examination materials such as question booklets, answer sheets and work papers may be destroyed, but general qualification appraisal sheets and applications shall be retained at least 15 months from the date of the promulgation of the eligible list. Annual Evaluations The purpose of the annual evaluation is to assess and communicate the nature and extent of an employee's performance of assigned duties consistent with the criteria specified below in this Policy. Except for those employees who have received notice of non-reappointment pursuant to the BOT- UFF Policy on Non- reappointment, every employee shall be evaluated at least once annually. Personnel decisions shall take such annual evaluations into account, provided that such decisions need not be based solely on written faculty performance evaluations.

Contractor Performance Evaluations The Contract Administrator will evaluate Contractor’s performance as often as the Contract Administrator deems necessary throughout the term of the contract. This evaluation will be based on criteria including the quality of goods or services, the timeliness of performance, and adherence to applicable laws, including prevailing wage and living wage. City will provide Contractors who receive an unsatisfactory rating with a copy of the evaluation and an opportunity to respond. City may consider final evaluations, including Contractor’s response, in evaluating future proposals and bids for contract award.
Student Evaluations Student evaluations shall be completed by the end of the 12th week of the fall semester.
