Review of Progress of Work. CVWD Management may authorize a staff person as a representative to confer with Consultant relative to Consultant’s provision of the Services. The work in progress hereunder shall be reviewed from time to time by CVWD at the discretion of CVWD or upon the request of Consultant. If the work meets the Standards (as per section 2.1), it will be approved. If the work does not meet the Standards (as per section 2.1), CVWD will inform Consultant of the changes or revisions necessary to secure approval. SECTION IV FEES AND PAYMENTS‌

If the work is not satisfactory, City will inform Consultant of the changes or revisions necessary to secure approval.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Scope of Work For the 2022/2023 Grant Period, the Provider will maintain a victim services program that will be available to provide direct services to victims of crime who are identified by the Provider or are presented to the Provider, as specified in the Provider’s 2022/2023 Grant Application as approved by the OAG and incorporated herein by reference.

No changes to the HUB Subcontracting Plan can be made by the Contractor without the prior written approval of the Owner in accordance with the Policy.
