Common use of Review of Skills and Training Needs Clause in Contracts

Review of Skills and Training Needs. Upon Request Displaced employees will receive support from Human Resources within one week of an employee being displaced. The Employer will evaluate all current and known upcoming vacancies in other departments for which they are qualified (See Article 8.5.1.3, Eligibility).
