REVIEW OF THE SCHEME. At the end of each month, data relating to the number of members, premium collected by the Insurance Company from the Apex Bank/DCCBs, no. of claims lodged with the Insurance Company, no. of claims paid, no. of claims pending, no. of claims repudiated (with reasons for repudiation) etc. will be provided to the Apex Bank for record and review. The status of claims will be reviewed once in a quarter by a committee to be constituted at the level of Nodal Agent as mentioned herein below:-

  • Review Stages The Project Architect shall submit documents to the Owner for review at completion of the Schematic Design Phase, Design Development Phase and at the following stages of completion of the Construction Documents Phase as follows: 50%, 75%, 100%
