Reviews and Approvals. The proposal must be considered first by the regional office and after analysis and examination shall be forwarded to the BTS-RE property management coordinator for review, and subsequent forwarding to the FHWA. When the region forwards the proposal, they must include the recommendation of the region, which shall represent input from Real Estate, Design, Maintenance, Planning and other sections as appropriate, and must be approved by the regional director. The lessee and WisDOT shall be the signatory parties. Since approval of the FHWA is required if the right of way use is located on an interstate highway system, the FHWA will also be a signatory in those cases.

Reviews and Approvals. There is no requirement under the Contract or any Annexes for Peer Group Reviews or any other external review to be carried out on any deliverables. The following internal review types are envisaged:  Individual reviews: In an individual review, each reviewer studies the work, in conjunction with appropriate background and associated material. Comments are produced, for the author to consider and incorporate as appropriate.  Call for comments: This is similar to Individual Review, except that there is a need for review comments to be solicited from a number of individuals. Project requirements will dictate whether the need arises to hold a review meeting following the provision of the opportunity to review in this way. Because of the multi-national, multi-site nature of the project, this is expected to be the usual review type. Document WP8.6-03 Reviews provides guidelines for the conduct of reviews by Call for Comments.  Group reviews: In a group review, a number of people will walk through the work at a meeting, after everyone has had an opportunity to study the work beforehand.

  • Approvals No authorization, approval or consent of any court, governmental body, regulatory agency, self-regulatory organization, or stock exchange or market or the stockholders of the Company is required to be obtained by the Company for the issuance and sale of the Securities to the Buyer as contemplated by this Agreement, except such authorizations, approvals and consents that have been obtained.
