Fundraising Agreement. In consideration of the acceptance of my registration to participate in Xxxxx Xxxx, I agree to satisfy the total amount of the minimum fundraising commitment for the particular event for which I am registered as of Saturday, April 13, 2019 prior to the start of the event. I agree that I will be personally responsible to Xxxxx Ride for any shortfall in my minimum fundraising commitment if I fail to satisfy the total amount of my minimum fundraising commitment by the fundraising deadline, which is Saturday, April 13, 2019 prior to the start of the event. I also understand that my credit card may be charged for the shortfall in my minimum fundraising and that Xxxxx Ride organizers will notify me either by email or phone prior to charging my credit card.

Fundraising Agreement. The Team you've joined requires each team member to raise the following minimum by the following schedule: • $2,350 by 8/1/2018 • Failure to meet $2,350 by 8/1/2018 will result in the inability to race & also result in the system charging your credit card on file any difference between your current fundraising amount and the minimum requirement. Your payment information is stored securely within the Sphere platform and you won't be charged a xxxxx as long as you hit your fundraising minimum by the deadline date set by your Team. If, for example, you fall $100 short of the final deadline, your credit card will automatically be charged that $100 difference by the due date. You are acknowledging that you do not currently have a race entry and will register through Team Save the Children. All donations received are 100% tax deductible to the donor. You must fundraise for Save the Children, a registered 501(c)(3). The funds raised will help provide children around the world with what they deserve, a healthy start, the opportunity to learn, and protection from harm. Fundraising Agreement. The Tallebudgera Surf Life Saving Club Inc. (the Club) is committed to improving surf sports and supporting members in the pursuit of their surf sport goals. The Club provides opportunities for members to fundraise via raffles and/or other fundraising initiatives to assist in funding competition expenses. 1. Fundraising raffle allocation and/or other fundraising opportunities for members is at the discretion of the Club. 2. Raised funds will be shared and/or used for a designated group purpose/expense, at the discretion of the Club and in accordance with the conditions stipulated by the Club prior to the fundraising activity. 3. The member commits to participating in the fundraising opportunity in accordance with the designated schedule/roster and/or conditions stipulated by the Club. Failure to attend or comply with these requirements may reduce the member’s share of funds raised. 4. The member must be financial and proficient member. 5. The member and/or parent/guardian commit to regular contributions to the Club, including but not limited to, workforce for carnivals held at Tallebudgera, assistance for Club fundraising activities and family member assistance at carnivals (e.g. Officials, IRB, Water safety, Age managers, Tents, etc.). 6. The funds may be used for any reasonable competition related costs incurred within the season, including but not limited to, competition entries/levy, travel/accommodation costs, representative team costs, or other costs approved by the Club. Costs associated with Club membership are excluded. 7. Members that compete for the Club and consistently attend the Club’s training program may use funds to purchase craft. Any craft purchased must meet SLSǪ requirements for competition boards and/or skis. The member must remain a competitor with the Club for at least one season after receiving their craft or reimburse the Club any funds received towards the craft prior to transfer. 8. Proof of purchase must be provided for all items prior to receiving any funds, and funds will be released in accordance with the Club’s accounting processes.
