I further agree that a registration fee must be paid before my registration for Xxxxx Ride will be accepted and I understand that the registration fee is not refundable or transferable even if I do not or cannot ride in Xxxxx Ride for any reason whatsoever, including any illness or injury that may preclude my participation. If another athlete is not able to fill your spot on the team, or you withdraw past the 60-day mark before the race date, you will still be responsible for your fundraising minimum $2,350 regardless of whether or not you compete.
