TRACK CHANGES. 6.1 In the event that rail operations and/or track maintenance result in changes in grade or alignment of, additions to, or relocation of track(s) or other facilities, or in the event future use of Licensor's rail corridor or property necessitate any change of location, height or depth in the Facilities or Encroachment, Licensee, at its sole cost and expense and within thirty (30) days after notice in writing from Licensor, shall make changes in the Facilities or Encroachment to accommodate such track(s) or operations.
6.2 If Licensee fails to do so, Licensor may make or contract to make such changes at Licensee's cost.
TRACK CHANGES. Unit members who have changed tracks during the school year and would be subject to a loss of annual workdays shall be provided with the opportunity to work intersession, summer school or other approved district projects as mutually agreed between the unit member and the District.

To receive the track change, the teacher must provide evidence of the completed course work (an official or unofficial record) one (1) week prior to the first day of the contract year or one (1) week prior to the first day of the third academic quarter. If an unofficial transcript or grade report is provided, an official transcript of grade report must be provided by the teacher within thirty (30) days of submitting the unofficial transcript or grade report. If evidence of a salary track change is not provided by one (1) week prior to the first day of the third academic quarter, the teacher may receive the track change during the next school year.
b. Teachers who earn a track change shall receive a one-time lump sum payment of $1,000, paid as a separate check within thirty calendar days of the date that the employee’s salary reflects the track change.
TRACK CHANGES. The Board supports and encourages bargaining unit members to seek advancement to a higher salary track by taking appropriate college courses (see Article 3.5). Track changes will be done in September or February following the receipt of an advanced degree and the filing of a certificate of the awarded degree, or copies of all relevant course transcripts, with the Superintendent’s Office. The difference between the tracks will be added to the remaining pay balance of the bargaining unit member. If the track change takes place in February, one-half of the difference between the tracks will be added to the remaining pay balance of the bargaining unit member. An amendment to the contract will be issued to the employee following a track change.
