Right Of Assistance. All parties to a hearing shall have the right to seek assistance in developing their positions, preparing their statements, and presenting evidence from an attorney, tenant organization representative, landlord association representative, translator, or any other person designated by said parties to a hearing.

Right Of Assistance. The Board agrees that teachers shall have the right to organize, join, and assist the Association, to participate in professional negotiations with the Board through representatives of their own choosing, and to engage in other lawful activities, individually or in concert, for the purpose of establishing, maintaining, protecting or improving conditions of professional service and other educational standards so long as such activities, individually or in concert, do not violate the terms of this agreement or any applicable public law.

  • Duration of Assistance Program funds will be distributed as a one-time payment to the servicer.

  • Plan of Assistance a. If an educator receives an “Unsatisfactory” rating on any component on the summative evaluation, a written Notification of Unsatisfactory Performance will be provided to the educator which will include areas requiring improvement.

  • Structure of Assistance The Program is envisioned as a revolving fund. The Program will make a five-year, non-recourse, zero-percent forgivable, non- amortizing loan in which a second lien is recorded on the property. Twenty percent of the loan will be forgiven for each year the loan is outstanding. If the property is sold or refinanced prior to the loan termination date, the Program will recover funds should sufficient equity be available from the transaction. The Program will recycle recovered funds in order to provide additional program assistance until December 31, 2017, at which time any recovered funds will be returned to Treasury.

  • Prohibition of Assignment This Agreement and the rights, duties and obligations hereunder may not be assigned or delegated by Consultant without the prior written consent of the Company. Any assignment of rights or delegation of duties or obligations hereunder made without such prior written consent shall be void and of no effect.

  • Other Assistance Assist SBEs in their efforts to obtain bonds, lines of credit and insurance. (Note that the Agency has a Surety Bond Program that may assist SBEs in obtaining necessary bonding.) The Agency-Assisted Contractor or Contractor(s) shall require no more stringent bond or insurance standards of SBEs than required of other business enterprises.

  • PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE GRANT As authorized by Section 2 of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of financing the Project defined and described in Appendix A of this Agreement, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described in Appendix D of this Agreement, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide financial assistance, subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, from the State Capital Improvements Fund which constitutes the proceeds of the Infrastructure Bonds, in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Dollars ($249,998). This financial assistance shall be provided in the form of a Grant. The OPWC Grant Control No. is CG10R. Once this grant amount is fully expended, the loan amount, which is part of this Project Agreement, will be drawn on for disbursing the remaining OPWC obligations contained in this Agreement.   • Request for Assistance Whenever, in the opinion of a Requesting Official of a Party, there is a need for Public Works Assistance from another Party, such Requesting Official may, at his or her discretion, call upon the Sending Official of any other Party to furnish Public Works Assistance.
