Right of Entry by City. Owner hereby grants to the City and its duly authorized representatives the right to enter the Affordable Units at reasonable times, with reasonable notice to the Owner and all tenants, which shall be no less than 48 hours by telephone or receipt of mailed notice, and in a reasonable manner for purposes of inspecting the Affordable Units to determine compliance with this Agreement. City shall also have the right to inspect Owner's records including income certifications and tenant leases at all reasonable times after providing Owner with notice of such inspection.

Right of Entry by City. 9.1 The LESSOR, its authorized agents and authorized agents of other governmental agencies, shall have the right to enter the LEASED PREMISES after three (3) days written notice to LESSEE; provided that LESSOR may immediately enter the LEASED PREMISES in the event of an emergency, to conduct inspections of items or areas in order to determine compliance with all federal, state and municipal laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. LESSEE covenants to observe and comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations pertaining to its activities. The CITY will be allowed to move items in and out of the PREMISES with appropriate notice prior to the movement of the items.
Right of Entry by City. The City or its agent may at any reasonable time, with notice, enter onto subject Property for the purpose of inspection of same or for performing such other duties as are required by the terms of this Interlocal Agreement, or the rules, regulations, ordinances or laws of any governmental body. The right to enter onto the Property confers to the City the right to enter any premises on the Property for purposes of inspection under this Interlocal Agreement.
