RIGHT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Both Parties shall have the right to quiet enjoyment of the Property, which shall not be infringed upon.
RIGHT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Landlord covenants that it has the right to make this Lease for the term aforesaid, and that if Tenant shall pay all rent when due and punctually perform all the covenants, terms, conditions and agreements of this Lease to be performed by Tenant, Tenant shall have the right to, during the Lease Term, freely, peaceably and quietly occupy and enjoy the full possession of the Premises without molestation or hindrance by Landlord or any party claiming through or under Landlord, subject to the provisions of Sections 15.1 and 15.2 hereof.
RIGHT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Head Lessor agrees that, during the Head Lease Term, neither the Head Lessor, any Affiliate nor any other Person claiming title superior to, or by, through or under it shall interfere with or interrupt the quiet enjoyment of the use, operation and possession by the Head Lessee of the Facility subject to the terms hereof; provided that the Head Lessor's covenant does not relate to actions of the
RIGHT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Except as Tenant encounters interference as described at Article XIII hereof, over which Landlord has no immediate control, Landlord covenants Tenant shall be placed in possession of the Leased Premises at the commencement of the term of this Lease, and that during such term, and any renewal thereof, Tenant paying the herein stipulated rental and performing all of the terms and provisions of this Lease Agreement shall peaceably hold and enjoy the Premises without hindrance or interruption by Landlord, except that Landlord shall have the right to enter upon the Leased Premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting same or showing for sale or reletting or effecting new construction or installations, repairs and replacements.
RIGHT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Subject to the other terms and conditions hereof, Lessee shall be entitled to and shall have possession and quiet enjoyment of the Leased Premises.
RIGHT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Provided that tenant is not in default of any material term of this Lease beyond the term of the applicable cure period, Landlord hereby warrants and defends tenant's right to occupy the premises and to use the same for tenant's intended business purposes.
RIGHT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. The Tenant covenants that, by their own acts or those of their family, servants, guests, animals or agents, shall not do or permit any act upon the Premises which may in any way be objectionable or injurious to the reputation of the Premises , the Landlord, or other tenants in the Property. A breach of this legislated Right of Quiet Enjoyment shall arise from any acts of, or neglect by, the Tenant which result in the interference, interruption or disturbance of the Landlord’s or another tenant’s reasonable peace, comfort, or privacy of their respective premises or the common areas of the Property being interfered with, whether due to liquids, gases, vapours, solids, odours, vibration, noise, abusive language, threats of any kind, unusual or dangerous hobbies, and fires created, caused or implied by the Tenant. This clause shall be deemed to include all parties, disorderly or otherwise. The Tenant agrees and accepts that any such breach of this Right of Quiet Enjoyment is grounds for immediate eviction.
RIGHT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. (a) If, and so long as, Tenant pays the Rent, and keeps and performs each and every term, covenant, and condition under this Lease, as required by the Tenant to be kept and performed, the Tenant shall quietly enjoy the Premises for the term hereof, and any extension or renewal thereof, without hindrance or molestation by the Landlord, or anyone claiming by, through, or under the Landlord, subject to terms, covenants, and conditions of this Lease.
