RIGHT TO ABANDON INTEREST IN CLAIMS. Should Cameo, in its sole discretion, determine that any part of the Claims no longer warrants further exploration and development, then Cameo may abandon such interest or interests without affecting its rights or obligations under this Agreement, so long as Cameo provides the Optionor with 30 days’ notice of its intention to do so and returns the mineral disposition(s) comprising the Claims to be abandoned to the Optionor with a minimum of one year assessment work recorded on such mineral disposition(s).

  • Right to Return A promoted employee shall have the right to return to his/her previous position provided that he/she notifies his/her Department Head and the Secretary of the Civil Service Board of his/her intention to do so within 60 calendar days of the date the employee commences work in the promoted position.

  • Right to Cancel You have a right to cancel this Agreement for a period of fourteen (14) days commencing on the date on which this Agreement is concluded or the date on which you receive this Agreement (whichever is later) (the “Cancellation Period”).   • Right to Stop Work If Contractor fails to correct any defective Work or repeatedly fails to perform the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents, Owner shall have the right to order Contractor to stop performing the Work, or any portion thereof, until the cause for such order is eliminated.

  • Right to Offset If We make a claim payment to You or on Your behalf in error or You owe Us any money, You must repay the amount You owe Us. Except as otherwise required by law, if We owe You a payment for other claims received, We have the right to subtract any amount You owe Us from any payment We owe You.
