Right to Convey. The Products delivered by EB hereunder will be free of any claims, liens or conflicting rights granted by EB in favor of any third party.
Right to Convey. The licenses and rights granted by Elektrobit hereunder will be free of any claims, liens or conflicting rights granted by Elektrobit in favor of any third party.
Right to Convey. The licenses and rights granted by TerreStar hereunder will be free of any claims, liens or conflicting rights granted by TerreStar in favor of any third party.
Right to Convey. Grantor may sell, give, lease, devise, mortgage, or otherwise encumber or convey the Property, subject to the following: (i) any lease, deed, or other conveyance or encumbrance is subject to this Deed, and any such document shall specifically incorporate the terms and conditions of this Deed by reference to this Deed; (ii) any lease or deed or other conveyance document shall specifically state which reserved rights have been exercised, if at all, and which reserved rights are specifically allocated to the new owner or lessee; and (iii) notice of any proposed conveyance or encumbrance as set forth in this Section 4.a shall be subject to the provisions of Section 19 of this Deed.
Right to Convey. The Owner retains the right to sell, lease, mortgage, bequeath, or donate the Protected Property. Any conveyance will remain subject to the terms of this Easement and all subsequent owners shall be bound by the terms of this Easement.
Right to Convey. The Stockholders are the absolute owners, both record and beneficial, of all of the Sharps Stock and have the unrestricted right to convey, assign, transfer and deliver the Sharps Stock to Medical, vesting in Medical complete and unlimited title to and ownership of the Sharps Stock.

a. Any conveyance or encumbrance of the Protected Property is subject to this Easement.
b. The Owner will reference or insert the terms of this Easement in any deed or other document by which the Owner conveys title to the Protected Property. The Owner will also specify to what extent reserved rights have been exercised, if at all, and are no longer available for use by the new owner and which reserved rights are specifically allocated to the property being conveyed in accordance with other provisions of this Easement.
c. The Owner will notify the Trust of any conveyance within fifteen (15) days after closing and will provide the Trust with the name and address of the new owner and a copy of the deed transferring title.
d. The enforceability or validity of this Easement will not be impaired or limited by any failure of the Owner to comply with this subparagraph.
Right to Convey. The Owner retains the right to sell, lease, mortgage, bequeath, assign or donate the Property. Any conveyance will remain subject to the terms of this Conservation Easement and all subsequent Owners are bound by all obligations in this agreement. Owner will notify the Township by first class mail 30 days prior to any such conveyance.
Right to Convey. Assignor is the true and lawful owner of the leasehold estate being conveyed hereunder.
