Right to Fees. Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in the applicable SOW, and subject to the provisions of Section 13.4 below, Supplier shall not be entitled to receive any Fees under this Agreement, nor shall any Fees become payable by Buyer, unless and until the applicable Service or Item is provided to and accepted by Buyer pursuant to Section 4.3(d).

Right to Fees. Any and all Service Fees generated during the term of this Agreement shall belong to Company. "Service Fees" shall include, but not be limited to, fees or remuneration generated by the provision of services by Employee in Employee's capacity as an employee of Company. It is specifically understood and agreed that Employee shall have no right or claim to any portion of Service Fees, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or by policies adopted by the Board or the authorized officers of Company.
Right to Fees. If Tenant or Landlord shall bring any action for any relief against the other, declaratory or otherwise, arising out of or under this Lease, including any suit by Landlord for the recovery of rent or possession of the Premises, the losing party shall pay the successful party a reasonable sum for attorneys' fees in such suit, including attorneys' fees incurred in any appeal. Such attorneys' fees shall be deemed to have accrued on the commencement of such action and shall be paid whether or not such action is prosecuted to judgment.

  • Right to Offset If We make a claim payment to You or on Your behalf in error or You owe Us any money, You must repay the amount You owe Us. Except as otherwise required by law, if We owe You a payment for other claims received, We have the right to subtract any amount You owe Us from any payment We owe You.

  • Right to Set-Off If your Account balance becomes and remains negative, we can use the funds in any of your accounts with us to repay the negative balance in your Account without any further notice to or demand on you.   • Right to Cancel You have a right to cancel this Agreement for a period of fourteen (14) days commencing on the date on which this Agreement is concluded or the date on which you receive this Agreement (whichever is later) (the “Cancellation Period”). Should you wish to cancel this Agreement within the Cancellation Period, you should send notice in writing or electronically to the addresses found in contact us section of our website. Cancelling this Agreement within the Cancellation Period will not cancel any Transaction entered into by you during the Cancellation Period. If you fail to cancel this Agreement within the Cancellation Period, you will be bound by its terms but you may terminate this Agreement in accordance with Clause 17 (Termination Without Default).

  • Right to Work For purposes of federal immigration law, you will be required to provide to the Company documentary evidence of your identity and eligibility for employment in the United States. Such documentation must be provided to us within three (3) business days of your Start Date, or our employment relationship with you may be terminated.

  • Right to Revoke Employee may revoke this Agreement by notice to Company, in writing, received within seven (7) days of the date of its execution by Employee (the “Revocation Period”). Employee agrees that Employee will not receive the benefits provided by this Agreement if Employee revokes this Agreement. Employee also acknowledges and agrees that if Company has not received from Employee notice of Employee’s revocation of this Agreement prior to the expiration of the Revocation Period, Employee will have forever waived Employee’s right to revoke this Agreement, and this Agreement shall thereafter be enforceable and have full force and effect.
