Right to Have Shop Xxxxxxx Present. 28.01 Whenever the Applicable Administrator officially reprimands or officially disciplines an Employee and where that reprimand or discipline forms part of that Employee's personnel file, that Employee shall have the right to have the Shop Xxxxxxx present when the reprimand is issued or the disciplinary action is taken.
