An employee who refused to cross a legal picket line permitted by the Labour Relations Board of BC shall be considered as absent without pay.

Right to Refuse to Cross Legal Picket Line. All employees covered by this Agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross a legal picket line arising out of a dispute as defined in the Labour Code of British Columbia. Any employee failing to report for duty shall be considered to be absent without pay. Failure to cross a legal picket line encountered in carrying out the Company's business shall not be considered a violation of the Agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action.
