Right to Refuse to Perform Unsafe Work. The Company confirms that it will continue its existing policy with respect to the right of an employee to refuse to perform unsafe work. If the employee has reason to believe that any work, workplace, equipment or machinery is likely to cause a danger to himself or another worker, the employee has a right to refuse to perform the work or operate the equipment or machinery. An employee shall not be disciplined or suspended without pay for exercising such right.
