Right to Refuse to Work in Unsafe Conditions. No employee shall be disciplined or discharged for refusal to work on a job or in any work place or to operate any equipment where he/she has reasonable grounds to believe that it would be unsafe or unhealthy to do so, or where it would be contrary to applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal legislation or regulations. In the case of such refusal, there shall be an immediate investigation by the Occupational Health and Safety Committee. There shall be no loss of pay while the matter is being resolved to the satisfaction of the Committee.
