Common use of Right to Return to Previously Held Title Clause in Contracts

Right to Return to Previously Held Title. An employee on leave pursuant to Section B of this Article, will have the right to return to his or her previously held title in the department in which the employee was employed immediately prior to the leave. The State will be notified of such return ten (10) days in advance.
