Placing Material in Files: No material may be placed in a teacher’s personnel file without allowing the teacher an opportunity to file his/her response to it, and said response shall become a part of said file in accordance with the procedures of Minnesota Statute (M.S.) 122A.40, Subd. 19, as amended.
Right to Review Files. An employee shall have the right, upon request, to review and to obtain copies of the contents of his/her personnel file maintained by the Human Resources Department. A representative of USU may, at said employee's request, accompany the employee in this review. Anyone in the field may designate in writing a representative to review his/her personnel file.

  • Access to Review Materials The Servicer will give the Asset Representations Reviewer access to the Review Materials for all of the Subject Receivables within sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of the review notice in one or more of the following ways in the Servicer’s reasonable discretion: (i) by electronic posting of Review Materials to a password-protected website to which the Asset Representations Reviewer has access, (ii) by providing originals or photocopies of documents relating to the Subject Receivables at one of the properties of the Servicer or (iii) in another manner agreed by the Servicer and the Asset Representations Reviewer. The Servicer may redact or remove PII from the Review Materials so long as all information in the Review Materials necessary for the Asset Representations Reviewer to complete the Asset Review remains intact and unchanged.

  • Access to Files A copy of any completed evaluation which is to be placed in a nurse’s file shall be first reviewed with the nurse.   • Right of Review and Audit Upon request by the EA, Contractor shall provide the EA with copies of its policies and related procedures that pertain to the protection of PII. It may be made available in a form that does not violate Contractor’s own information security policies, confidentiality obligations, and applicable laws. In addition, Contractor may be required to undergo an audit of its privacy and security safeguards, measures and controls as it pertains to alignment with the requirements of New York State laws and regulations, the EA’s policies applicable to Contractor, and alignment with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework performed by an independent third party at Contractor’s expense, and provide the audit report to the EA. Contractor may provide the EA with a recent industry standard independent audit report on Contractor’s privacy and security practices as an alternative to undergoing an audit.

  • Right to Audit Records Citizens shall have reasonable access to Vendor’s facilities and the right to review and audit any of Vendor’s records relating solely to this Agreement, upon written notice to Vendor of at least three (3) business days. Vendor shall not unreasonably delay or inhibit Citizens’ right to audit as set forth in this Section. Vendor shall cooperate with auditor(s) and, provide requested documentation in a timely manner (preferably within five (5) business days). Vendor must resolve any deficiencies discovered during the audit within ninety (90) calendar days from being reported. Citizens may extend the response time period in its sole discretion. Citizens has the right to conduct follow-up audit procedures to assess Vendor’s corrective action(s). Any entity performing auditing services pursuant to this Section shall execute a non-disclosure agreement with regard to Vendor’s proprietary information, unless precluded from doing so by law. Vendor agrees to reimburse Citizens for the reasonable costs of investigation incurred by Citizens for investigations of Vendor’s compliance with this Agreement which result in termination for cause or in regulatory or criminal penalties in connection with performance of this Agreement. Such costs shall include, but shall not be limited to: salaries of investigators, including overtime; travel and lodging expenses; expert witness fees and, documentary fees.

  • Right to Inspect Records Engineer agrees that City shall have access to and the right to examine any directly pertinent books, documents, papers and records of Engineer involving transactions relating to this contract. Engineer agrees that City shall have access during normal working hours to all necessary Engineer facilities and shall be provided adequate and appropriate work space in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this section. City shall give Engineer reasonable advance notice of intended audits. Engineer further agrees to include in subcontract(s), if any, a provision that any subcontractor or consultant agrees that City shall have access to and the right to examine any directly pertinent books, documents, papers and records of such consultant or subcontractor involving transactions to the subcontract, and further, that City shall have access during normal working hours to all consultant or subcontractor facilities, and shall be provided adequate and appropriate work space, in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this paragraph. City shall give the consultant or subcontractor reasonable advance notice of intended audits.

  • Access to Records The Contractor and its subcontractors, if any, shall maintain all books, documents, papers, accounting records, and other evidence pertaining to all costs incurred under this Contract. They shall make such materials available at their respective offices at all reasonable times during this Contract, and for three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Contract, for inspection by the State or its authorized designees. Copies shall be furnished at no cost to the State if requested.

  • Right to Respond Employees will be given a copy of any and all material that may be used against them in a disciplinary action at the time that it is placed in the file. Explanatory rebuttal statements can be attached to the material housed in the file provided such statement is made within ten (10) working days after the employee receives the material. Any reference to allegations that are investigated and determined to be unfounded shall be removed from an employee’s file.
