Right to Review/Frequency. Upon written request by an employee, the School District will provide the employee with an opportunity to review their personnel file.

The School District will not be required to provide an employee with an opportunity to review their personnel file if they have reviewed the personnel file during the previous six months; except that, upon separation from employment, an employee may review their personnel file only once at any time within one year after separation. Subd. 2. Review: A request will be made to Human Resources. Human Resources will comply with a request pursuant to Subd. 1. of this Section no later than seven (7) working days after receipt of the request and will schedule an appointment for the employee to review their personnel file and will notify the employee of such appointment. All such reviews will take place in Human Resources during its normal hours of operation.
