Right to Review Information. The Company shall have the right to review and obtain copies of Interconnecting Customer’s operations and maintenance records, logs, or other information such as, unit availability, maintenance outages, circuit breaker operation requiring manual reset, relay targets and unusual events pertaining to Interconnecting Customer’s Facility or its interconnection with the Company EPS. This information will be treated as customer-confidential and only used for the purposes of meeting the requirements of Section 4.2.4 in the Interconnection Tariff.
Right to Review Information. The EDC shall have the right to review and obtain copies of the Generator's operations and maintenance records, logs, or other information such as unit availability, maintenance outages, circuit breaker operation requiring manual reset, relay targets and unusual events pertaining to the Facility or its Interconnection with the EPS. The EDC shall treat such information as confidential and shall use such information solely for the purposes of determining compliance with the operating requirements set forth in this Section 6.
Right to Review Information. MMED shall have the right to review and obtain copies of Customer’s operations and maintenance records, logs, or other information such as, unit availability, maintenance outages, circuit breaker operation requiring manual reset, relay targets and unusual events pertaining to the Facility or its interconnection with MMED’s system.
Right to Review Information. SED shall have the right to review and obtain copies of the NUG’s operations and maintenance records, logs, or other information such as generator unit availability, maintenance outages, circuit breaker operation requiring manual reset, relay targets and unusual events pertaining to the NUG’s Facility or its interconnection with the SED electric system. This information will be treated by SED as confidential and used only for the purpose of determining the NUG’s compliance with this Agreement.
Right to Review Information. Upon reasonable advance notice and at reasonable times, the Company shall have access to, and may examine, inspect, excerpt, audit, copy or transcribe any pertinent records of Transource and/or the Providers to the extent relating to and reasonably necessary to confirm such Person’s performance under this Pennsylvania Services Agreement. The Company’s rights pursuant to this Section 6.5 shall be conducted in a manner that does not unreasonably interfere with the business operations of Transource or either Provider. This Section 6.5 shall survive the termination of this Pennsylvania Services Agreement.
