Common use of Right to Use the Services Clause in Contracts

Right to Use the Services. 3.1. In consideration of the Customer’s payment of the Fees, uCheck hereby grants to the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right, without the right to grant sublicences, to permit the Authorised Users (and/or Applicants) to use the Services and the Results (as applicable) during the Term solely for the Permitted Purpose.
